Dominique is an internationally experienced first generation eFood pioneer, angel investor and entrepreneur, with solid e-Commerce assets and customer value-chain insights for the retail and FMCG industry, with a great passion for change and innovations.
Before founding and leading the CapMartins Ltd, an early-stage funding company focused on European start ups in the food- and agritech segments, Dominique worked for Nestlé in Asia in Brand- and Key Account Management, before he started as Marketing and Sales Director, added then Logistics to his responsibilities and finally led as CEO of LeShop.ch, the leading Swiss online grocery store for 17 years until Mid-2017. He built with his team the organization from the very beginning. LeShop.ch majority was sold, as one of the world’s first profitable online grocery pure players to Migros in 2006.
He’s an eFood specialist embracing change and enhancing transformation with a passion for food and supports companies like Nestlé Purina as Member of the New Business Council and Partners Group AG, Bain & Company and more as an external advisor.
