After twelve months on our Investment Committee as Senior Adviser, Damian joined Collateral Good as Partner in May 2026.

An FCA qualified with Deloitte, Damian is a seasoned financial services professional with over 35 years of experience across audit, corporate finance, investment banking, and M&A. He has advised corporates, investors, family offices, and funds on a wide range of transactions, with a particular track record in special situations and complex cross-border deals, including multi-jurisdictional and multi-stakeholder transactions across Europe and Asia at NatWest Markets, Williams plc, as Managing Director at Société Générale in Hong Kong, and nearly a decade as Managing Director at Alpha Advisory in Singapore.

Alongside his advisory career, Damian is a co-founder of a retail and distribution business in Asia, successfully operating for over 14 years, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges faced by founders and management teams. His exposure to sustainability has grown through advisory roles with Planet First Partners and as a board observer at Polymateria.

As Partner, Damian plays an active role across the full investment lifecycle: sourcing and executing transactions, supporting fundraising, and working closely with portfolio companies on restructuring, governance, and long-term value creation.
