Joshua Oleson is the Senior Vice President of Packaging Supply Chain at tms and has been with HAVI for more than 17 years. In this role, he is responsible for developing, securing, and managing a global supplier network, as well as overseeing the lifecycle of packaging solutions delivered through this network to support tms’s customer goals.

Joshua’s previous experience at HAVI includes leading teams in Packaging Development, Innovation, and Sustainability, both in the USA and internationally.

Prior to joining HAVI, Joshua worked in the Packaging Technology department at Kellogg Company, where he developed packaging solutions for new product launches in the Morning Foods and Snacking divisions.

Joshua holds a degree in Packaging from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
