As Global Head of Business Partnerships, Ventures, and Integration at Nestlé, Maxence has a proven track record of driving strategic transformation across industries. After starting his career in Strategy Consulting in Germany and France, he joined Nestlé HQs in 2010 as Strategy Development Manager. In 2014 he transferred to Mexico as Head of Strategic Planning until 2020.

As of 2020, Maxence acted as VP strategy & transformation for Latin America, leading pivotal initiatives, overseeing key M&A projects and spearheading large-scale programs in Sustainability and Digital Transformation, while also accelerating Nestlé’s innovation agenda.

He now leads the Group’s strategic business partnerships, incl. Ventures Funds.
