Isabella is a Project Manager at Collateral Good, where she supports the fund’s Marketing and Capital Formation initiatives. With seven years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition across diverse organizational landscapes—including VC-backed startups, scale-ups, and corporates—she has played a pivotal role in scaling businesses and facilitating international expansions.

In addition to her professional expertise, Isabella ventured into entrepreneurship as a franchise owner of a vegan restaurant, an experience that incremented her adaptability and resilience in challenging environments.

Isabella holds a double degree in Business Administration from ICADE University in Spain and ESB Business School in Germany, reflecting her international background and business acumen.
