Isabelle is a Venture Partner at Collateral Good, bringing over 25 years of expertise in financial markets, with a deep focus on the global consumption sector. Her experience spans financial analysis, stock selection, and monitoring companies in premium experiences, luxury, and lifestyle industries, providing her with a strategic and global perspective.

Over the past two years, she has co-founded Beauty Impact Ventures, an impact venture capital fund dedicated to transforming the cosmetics industry. The fund focuses on financing European companies tackling chemical and climate challenges across the entire value chain, from sustainable molecule sourcing to product end-of-life solutions.

Previously, Isabelle spent 15 years at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management as part of the thematic investment team, where she was a Fund Manager specializing in international listed companies. As Lead Fund Manager, she managed EDR Fund Premium Brands and other dedicated ESG-integrated funds, leveraging her expertise in stock selection and sustainable investing.

Her career began in financial auditing, followed by a decade in equity brokerage as a financial analyst before transitioning into asset management.
