Jarne is a Partner at Collateral Good and brings over 20 years of experience as a Venture Capital Investor and Managing Partner, having led three Danish-based venture funds with €110 million AUM and 24 portfolio companies. He has also held senior operational roles, including CEO and Vice President. Most recently, he served as CEO of Stonehaven Incubate, a Swiss-based incubator specializing in animal health innovations.

Jarne is the co-founder and chairman of EvodiaBio, a pioneering bio-solutions startup in the food and beverage sector. His track record includes leading an IPO on Nasdaq First North Copenhagen for Aresa and orchestrating successful exits such as Action Pharma (acquired by Abbott for $100M), Proxeon (acquired by Thermo Fisher), and Scandinavian MicroBiodevices (acquired by Zoetis for $80M).

He holds a degree in Finance and International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from INSEAD in France, reflecting a strong foundation in business strategy and international markets.
