Founded in 2019 as a spin-off from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich), Planted is a certified B Corporation pioneering a new era of plant-based protein. With its industry leading production facility in Kemptthal, Switzerland, Planted is committed to innovation, sustainability, and public engagement.
Its range of plant-based meats—made from proteins like peas, soja, and sunflowers—includes planted.chicken, planted.pulled, planted.kebab, planted.duck, planted.schnitzel, as well its latest innovation the planted.steak. Today, Planted products are already available in over 7’500 restaurants and 10’000 retail outlets across Europe, driving the shift towards a more sustainable food system.
