Frank is the shareholder and chairman of RAPS, a leading supplier of savory food ingredients in Europe, and also serves as chairman of the ADALBERT RAPS foundation. Having taken over the business from his father almost 20 years ago, he successfully guided it towards international expansion. In addition, Frank is actively involved in several food tech startups that span various sectors, including food production, analytics, and innovation aimed at replacing existing food products.
