Foodforecast is a Cologne-based AI startup dedicated to addressing food waste and resource efficiency across the food supply chain. Founded by Justus Lauten, an experienced entrepreneur in tech and supply chain optimization, and Jan Brormann, a seasoned expert in scaling digital products, the company leverages cutting-edge artificial intelligence to drive sustainability in the food sector while ensuring growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Since its market debut in 2022, Foodforecast has achieved remarkable milestones, including saving 4,000 tons of food waste in 2023 alone.
